Director, Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Amy Goodwin is the Director of Recoverwise, based in Wagga Wagga, NSW, and is actively involved in delivering services as both a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach. With several years of hands-on experience in the disability and mental health sectors, Amy brings a strong foundation of knowledge, empathy, and dedication to her work.

She holds two diplomas, numerous sector-relevant certificates, and is currently completing her Bachelor of Human Services. Amy also draws on her own lived experience of mental health recovery, which informs her compassionate and person-centred approach.

A lifelong resident of Wagga Wagga, Amy is deeply passionate about her local community and committed to supporting individuals to navigate the NDIS and achieve meaningful outcomes in their recovery journey.

Georgia Macaulay

Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Georgia is a proud Wagga local who has grown up in the community she now passionately supports. With a strong commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and person‑centred practice, she brings warmth, insight, and genuine care to every individual she supports.

Before joining Recoverwise, Georgia worked extensively as a mental health support worker, disability support worker, and case manager. Her hands‑on experience across varied settings gives her a deep understanding of the challenges participants face and the practical strategies that genuinely make a difference.

Georgia holds a Certificate III in Community Services and a Diploma of Community Services. She is dedicated to walking alongside participants as they work toward their goals, build confidence, and strengthen their independence. Her approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Teagan Fava

Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Teagan is an experienced Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach with a strong background in mental health, rehabilitation, and community services. She holds a Diploma of Community Services and has completed a range of mental health–focused certificates, giving her a solid foundation for supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs.

She brings a grounded, person‑centred approach to her work, drawing on her experience supporting people to build capacity, strengthen independence, and navigate their recovery journey with confidence. Her practice is shaped by empathy, practical insight, and a genuine commitment to meaningful outcomes.

Teagan is known for being incredibly down‑to‑earth, kind, and honest. She creates a safe, caring, and non‑judgmental space for every person she supports, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and empowered.
